Susan attended the University of Oregon, worked for United Airlines, married and raised her family in the Tacoma, Washington area. Since 1968 she has lived in Gig Harbor, which is a pretty fishing village near Tacoma.

She has worked for the school district and for the county library system, and now does quite a bit of volunteer work, remodels and refurbishes houses, and is happy to be busy with her two daughters and two grandsons and one son-in-law, who all live very nearby. Susan is looking forward to doing some traveling, and of course, to seeing school chums.
