Clifford 'Jack' Stuhr 12-24-1937 -- 10-1-1999

SCIO Oregon - Jack Stuhr, 61, died Oct. 1, 1999. He was born in Salem and graduated from Silverton High School. He served in the Air Force and worked for Stayton Telephone company. He retired from Anchorage School District. He enjoyed repairing motorcycles and bicycles, hunting and fishing. Survivors include his daughters, Joy Ferrill of Everett, Wash., Charlene Stuhr-Ricardo of Texas and Thresa Carter of Seattle; mother, Louise Stuhr of Sublimity; sister, Elizabeth Ekstrom of Salem; and one grandchild. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday (10-9-99) in the Weddle funeral Home in Stayton. Interment was in St. Boniface Cemetery. Memoriums: American Cancer Society or Charity of Choice care of the mortuary.
