February 2000:  I recently received an email from Dick, so I can inform you that he has moved into the electronic age. He tells me that he lives in the country south of Tacoma, with his wife of 37 years, Alta. They have four daughters and eight grand-kids. He writes that he has not managed to retire yet. His life is fairly full, keeping his property up, fishing, hunting when in season, and work (maybe not in that order).

June 2006: Dick is now retired from Boeing and has much more time for his passions - hunting, fishing and working on his place.
